I am a Texas ex-pat who decided to start this group because I love Mexican food and am constantly searching for our area's next best plate of enchiladas/chilaquiles/chile rellenos, etc. The purpose of this group is to learn more about the offerings in other boroughs and to guide food tours throughout NYC.
